📦 SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

🚚 Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after will ship the following business day. We prioritize fast fulfillment.

🧾 Order Verification

We may require additional info to process your order, including age verification. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and legal platform.

✉️ Shipping Methods

To protect privacy, we never ship from the same location twice. If Canada Post is on strike, we’ll switch to an alternative carrier.

🔍 Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery status.

🌍 Geolocation

We only ship within Canada. Orders placed with addresses outside Canada will be cancelled without refund.

📬 Address Accuracy

Make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect information.

🚫 Non-Delivery (Mail Theft, Risk Zones, Acts of God)

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, contact the carrier directly. We cannot contact them without exposing our location. We are not responsible for:

Mail theft
Incorrect addresses
Natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics
Deliveries to high-risk areas such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

Ordering to those regions is at your own risk.

💳 Returns & Refunds

If an error is made on our end (e.g., missing items), we will offer a replacement or store credit of equal or greater value—case by case. We do not offer direct refunds due to the nature of our products.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address because of your error, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Opening someone else’s mail is a federal offense, so you’re legally protected in asking for your parcel.

If tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address, our obligation ends.
